Tier 01 · On-Site Intensive

In the building.
On the floor.
Each week.

The on-site intensive is my highest-touch engagement. I'm physically on your floor 3–4 days a week, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your DON, ADON, administrator, and staff — for one week up to several weeks at a time.

What an intensive looks like

Four things you can count on every week.

01

In your building 3–4 days a week

I show up on the floor — chart reviews, mock surveys, huddles, in-services, leadership coaching — for the duration of the intensive.

02

Side-by-side with your leaders

I work directly with the DON, ADON, and administrator. When interim coverage is needed, I sit in the DON seat myself.

03

Tight, written deliverables

Every week ends with a written summary: what we found, what we fixed, what's still open, and what the team owns next.

04

On-call between site days

While the intensive is live, I'm reachable by email through the business day. Urgent issues don't wait for my next on-site day.

When this is the right fit

You need someone in the building, this week.

  • Pre-survey crunch — you have weeks, not months
  • Post-survey remediation with a tag-by-tag plan
  • Interim DON or DNS coverage during a transition
  • Turnaround situations needing a clinical leader on the floor
  • Multi-facility groups rolling out a single standard

For the full picture of the clinical areas I cover (QAPI, mock surveys, policy, training, leadership coaching), see the SNF consulting overview.

Location & travel

Available in the US.

On-site engagements are scheduled around travel. Tell me where you are and the window you're working with — if the fit is right, I'll travel for it.

FAQ

Quick answers.

How many days a week are you on-site?

3–4 days per week, in your building, for the duration of the intensive. The rest of the week I'm on email and async for your team.

How long does an intensive last?

Anywhere from one week up to several weeks. Survey crunches and turnaround engagements typically run multi-week; targeted projects can wrap in a week.

Do you cover interim DON / DNS?

Yes — interim Director of Nursing coverage during transitions, survey weeks, and turnaround stays is a core use case for on-site work.

Where will you travel?

On-site engagements are scheduled around travel. Reach out with your location and timeline — if the fit is right, I'll travel for it.

How do we get started?

Send an inquiry below with your facility, the situation, and the window you're working with. I'll respond personally with a scoping call invite.

Inquire about the on-site intensive

Tell me about your facility.

I personally review every request and will respond as soon as I can. The more specific you can be, the faster I can help.
