About
It all started at 4 years old, in the hallways of a nursing home.

My nursing story started early, tagging along while my mom worked night shifts in nursing homes. She always seemed to be quietly correcting other people's mistakes — small interventions, made in the name of the residents who couldn't advocate for themselves.
That stuck. Even then, I knew what I wanted to do with my life.
"Care for the elderly is the true metric of a society's compassion. I don't believe in just managing or medicating symptoms — my teams are honoring and improving life."
Decades later, I'm still doing a version of the same work my mom did on those night shifts — only now with the clinical training, the leadership experience, and the credentials to change the systems around it.
Training the long way around.

Today I'm a consultant and director, advising operators, mentoring clinical leaders, and building the resources that show up across this site.
My career has spanned multiple facilities across multiple states, in nearly every setting where older adults receive care. I've led nursing teams in skilled nursing and assisted living, and worked the more acute end of the spectrum at places like Hazel Hawkins and Gouverneur — the kind of environments that teach you to think fast and document carefully.

Because the years that hold the most history deserve our most careful work.
Gerontology sits at the intersection of clinical complexity, dignity, and the simple human truth that everyone deserves to be seen. It's where I want to spend my career — and it's the throughline behind everything I'm building today: skilled nursing consulting, Blue Wellness (my product line of supplements, personal care, journals, and meal plans), and Everwell Blue (my wellness community for adults 55+). Different shapes, same work — aging treated as worthy of our very best.
