How fast do you respond to email?

Throughout the business day. I'm not your floor nurse, but I'm your clinical sounding board — questions, document review, escalation calls, judgement on tricky situations.

A full day in your building — leadership working session, chart spot-checks, walking the floor, and a face-to-face with your team. The on-site day anchors the rest of the month.

Can we upgrade to on-site for survey weeks?

Yes. Hybrid retainers can scale up to a full on-site intensive when survey hits or a turnaround moment shows up.
