How reviews work here

Anyone I've actually worked with can leave one, and every reviewer confirms they are a real client, colleague, or facility partner writing from honest experience.
I read every submission personally and publish it only with the reviewer's written permission. Nothing appears on the site automatically.
I don't pay for reviews, offer discounts in exchange for them, or edit the wording of what someone wrote. I may decline to publish a review that shares confidential resident or facility information.
Reviewer email addresses are never shown publicly, and anyone can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@jayleemcgary.com.
