Dear friend,
I've spent most of my career inside skilled nursing — long hallways, fluorescent light, the same questions asked a little too late. Somewhere along the way I stopped wanting to fix what was already broken and started wondering what it would look like to build the other end of the story.
On a personal note, I'm very focused on wellness and longevity. That's where the name Everwell Blue began. The world's Blue Zones — Okinawa, Sardinia, Ikaria — taught us that people don't just live longer there, they live longer together. The food matters. The movement matters. The care matters. But the thing that matters most is belonging to a circle that expects to grow old beside you.
Everwell Blue is my attempt at that circle, for people who are 55+ and still very much alive. To help prevent spending time in the facilities I've spent my life serving.
Alongside it I've been building Blue Wellness — my product line of supplements, personal care, journals, and meal plans. Blue Wellness is the everyday tools. Everwell Blue is the community and the people. Same belief underneath both: aging is worth our best work.
2 resets each year, one week each, in some of the most beautiful places in the country, with a real wellness team who actually knows your name and your numbers. In between, your supplements arrive on time, your team is a message away, you follow your plans, and the community keeps going.
It isn't a retreat. It isn't a luxury, either, no matter how it looks on paper. It's a system for aging well on purpose — and a Blue Community of people who refuse to do it alone.
If any of this rings true for you, I'd love for you to come learn more. This work is the closest thing I've made to a love letter to the people I've cared for. It's the community I plan to grow old alongside.
With care,

JayLee
